I’m using my home routers VPN functionality to connect my phone to my home local network. I’ve found that when accessing my security cameras this way, it’s significantly faster (and secure) vs port forwarding. How would I go about setting up Plex to connect straight to the local IP and ONLY that connection? I don’t want it going through remote access.
I have already configured a manual connection to the local IP, but I noticed that Plex still works even when my VPN is not connected, so I’m guessing the manual connections are only used in a preferential manner?
I only want it this way on my phone. I still want the ability to use remote access for other devices.
