I have a problem with some Live TV channels. Server runs on Windows Server 2016 with Intel Pentium G4600 and the Live TV Tuner is a VU+ UNO 4K SE (DVB-S2) with OpenATV 6.1 and HRTunerProxy. The channels are decrypted with OSCam. All my german HD+ channels working fine, but some german Sky channels are not working. The channels are:
Syfy HD 13th Street HD Sky Atlantic HD National Geographic HD Nat Geo Wild HD Discovery HD Sky Cinema Hits HD Disney Cinemagic HD Sky Cinema HD
All other Sky channels are also working fine. When i will play a of these channels, the popup with “Recording Live TV - Session” is showing up and in “Status” tab after a long time the “Live Session” is showing. But on the client the channel is not running. It only shows a black screen with a endless spinner. The “live Session” in status tab disappears after couple of minutes. When i look into my OSCam WebIF, the channel are decrypted with OSCam. When i look into “Task-Manager” on my server, i see that the CPU capacity is getting high, so i think it is transcoding something and the ethernet port receives 10-13 MBits/s, so i think that the server becomes the stream from my VU+. But the ethernet port sends nothing out (maybe max 500 KBit/s, but it must be maybe 8 MBit/s because my server transcodes with 8 MBit/s. This will be displayed at least for other channels that work). So there goes no transcoded stream out. Have you these issues with some of your encrypted channels? You think it is a Plex issue or a HRTunerProxy issue?
