who transcoding the Enigma Box or the Plex Server? I want a mutant 51hd and this can not transcoding! is that bad or should I rather buy another box! it is only about plex DVR!

I have the same problem as @radar has, I tried to run opkg install python-email in telnet but i get message: unknown package.

Can you help me?

Hello,

I just installed the newest Open VIX Image on my Dreambox DM7020HD.
Than installed the PlexDVRAPI via the addon menue.

Box is running…
Logged into my Plex Server and tried to find the Dreambox…took some time, but at one moment it was found. Installed the Tuner and made a channel search.

Now I actually can watch live TV and also programm the DVR. All great…
But when I go back to the “LiveTV” configuration, Plex can not find the Tuner again and says: Device not found.

But, even when it shows this message I can watch Live TV via Plex.
So…the device is there and working!

Why is it not found?
Anybody else got this problem?

You have to map them yourself. Did you find your provider?

Do you have selected your bouquets in HRTunerProxy on your Enigma box?

In HRTunerProxy the bouquets is set to all.

Sorry if this has been asked before! I would like to try this but also wish I could find a search thread option? I can only search the entire forums?

I have a couple of ZGemma’s (Dual DVB-S2 Tuners) doing nothing so thought it would be good to put them to use with Plex. They will only be used for Plex so if I set them up with this plugin and leave them both in standby will that give me 4 DVB-S2 tuners available for Plex use?

Dunno if you can use several devices at once. With HDHomeruns I saw that it isn’t possible to use two devices at once.

I am running 2 instances of xteve with no problems so hopefully Plex won’t see an issue with that? can someone please confirm this is the latest build? (I cannot find the download link in the sig, in-fact I cannot find the sig!!) https://github.com/OpenViX/HRTunerProxy as it shows its last update as 9 months ago?

I have installed wooshbuild V7 onto my ZGEMMA STAR 2S so fingers crossed I can get this to work!

There haven’t been any commits since Andy moved away from Plex. But it is working nevertheless.
