I recently resolved an issue with being unable to Direct Play on my home network by introducing Plex to the IP address of my Shield TV Pro. Now I can watch 4K content without problems (Plex was reading my Shield as remote and transcoding everything). Now, however, after fixing that, all my library has become invisible to remote clients, including my own PlexAmp. I have tried to read up on this and I believe the problem may have something to do with DNS rebinding on my router, but I have no idea how to change that. Can anyone help with this? I have a lot of people who rely on my content and they’re SOL right now. Plus, I dumped Spotify to use my own Plex library for music and now that’s out too. Any idea what happened and how I resolve it?
