Server / libraries missing / vanished from Nvidia Shield TV Pro APP

Hey all! I have a remote Plex server on a seedbox and for some reason my Movies / TV Shows libraries have disappeared from the Plex app on the Shield TV Pro. Opening Plex on Xbox, PC, PS5, and my Google TV smart TV load the libraries perfectly normal. I did the ‘reset customization’ on the Shield and the libraries came back, but after closing Plex and going back in, they are gone. I share the server with another user with a Shield and he cannot see the libraries either. However, he can see them on his smart TV’s Plex app, also Google OS. I’ve rebooted the webserver, rebooted Plex, rebooted the Shield, and nothing will bring them back, they’ve just vanished. This started happening just this morning.
