No Libraries Found for remote users following recent server update

None of my family users can see libraries on my server and using a backup account to test for myself I cannot see any libraries when I’m not on my home network.

If I am on my home network I can see libraries and play content.
If i am not on my home network I cannot see any libaries.

There are no changes to my LAN and remote access is enabled at my managed switch. I’ve tested and confirmed that port 32400 is accessible from outside my home network. .

There were no issues until the last 24-36 hours

On the iOS app the specific errors are:

click on Libraries : No Libraries Found.

click on ‘See All Libraries’ : Server shows ‘offline’

exact same problem here. Everything was working fine with remote access until the update a few days ago. Now all of my libraries are suddenly inaccessible remotely even though remote access is enabled and indicates a good connection.

FFS, Plex is absolute trash anymore! Time to find a new and hopefully better CEO.
