EPG data does not fully load

would like to know when the probolem started
could you zip the Diagnostics directory within the Plex Media Server set of directories to see when the issue started

Your steps worked. Took me 6 tries but I got it to 100%.

I’m getting 93% but content stops Sunday really early, wether I look at it in the Calendar or by searching for Movies.

Hi, having the same issue
Version 1.13.9.5456

Today is the first time I have been able to reload the EPG data to 100% with one click. I’ll see how it performs when it updates the guide on its own later on.

The JSON Parse Error issue where the response contains error 403 Forbidden should be fixed now.

Additionally Plex Media Server beta 1.14.0.5465 has retries for failed requests to fetch the guide - so that in itself would have helped whilst the issue was there

Please do manual update to the guide and once that completes ok, then incremental updates would ensure the guide remains up to date

If problems persist, please provide fresh logs from the server with debug logging enabled beforehand and also a zip of the Diagnostics directory which is within the Plex Media Server data area

You guys might want to check your recording priority list. I just noticed some of my priority orders are messed up. In the screenshot example I actually have SEAL team at the top of the list, but when I noticed it had dropped off the recording schedule and the guide wasn’t showing it as a new episode, I attempted to manually record the series. But now shows up 3 times in the list. If you have long lists or if you tried to manually record your shows again, this will be a pain to go through.

Looks like its fixed. Thanks! What changed?

Okay, I noticed I was having an issue with the TV guide ever since the Samsung TV app was updated to support Live TV and DVR (about 2 weeks now at least since I noticed this). My guide is continually stuck on initializing. I have unchecked the perform refresh of program guide data, optimized the database, cleaned the bundles and restarted the server many times, and the TV guide is still stuck on initializing. The Live TV and DVR service does not work currently and this is the biggest reason I went plex pass.
Here are my logs.

The environment is as follows…
Windows 10. Ryzen 5 2600G with AMD RX580
16GB RAM and 3 TB HDD for the media files.

Plex Media Server Logs_2018-11-19_20-12-34.zip (3.8 MB)

Nevermind…did some more searching and found my solution here.

That was the right thing to do in this instance as the EPG database got corrupted somehow
