Refreshing guide fails at 12%. Here’s the server logs where the 404 error happens and then the process stops. appreciate if someone could help fix this.

I was getting the same error yesterday. Only about 6% of the guide was downloading. Today it was downloaded 33% so maybe this issue is resolving itself?

Actually looks like the errors are still there today since less than 1 week of guide days are being downloaded.

This needs to be fixed ASAP.

Now the web call errors are 408 followed with 2 404’s at 91% and then the process cancels.

Affected user here, guide data refresh stops after ~7%. Thankfully not affecting my currently scheduled recordings.

My Guide data only goes out until about 5-7 hours from now and then it’s all blank. Haven’t paid attention to it as I never (not ever) use Live TV.

Today I wanted to add a series to the record list and it wouldn’t locate it on a search via the Android TV client - found it via PMP but when I checked the guide it was just as blank as from the Android client.

I just started a manual refresh but have yet to turn on debug to check the logs. I do know it’s been over 10 minutes and it’s still at 1% however.

I’m having issues with EPG again. Last evening, I was trying to schedule a recurring recording of a daily (weekday) show, but it wouldn’t schedule the one for today, but it does for the ones rest of the week. At the time, the EPG had data until the middle of next week.

This morning, the problem was still there. I went as far as removing Plex Server from my PC, rebooted a few times, and the EPG does not have data beyond sixteen hours. Tried deleting the DVR to get the EPG data again. Now, it cannot load anything at all. I looked at the logs, and I keep getting 404 errors.

I’m having problems refreshing the guide as well. It just stops updating at about 33% completion.

Getting same error in logs as chrishch listed above. Do the Plex developers have something setup to monitor this EPG process and alert them when it stops working? It seems this is a fairly common problem (it has happened to me at least 3 times in the past 6 to 8 months). The user base is always discovering this problem and we end up waiting days for someone at Plex to address it. Can’t you automate some sort of monitor/alert for this and at least open a forum thread that says “hey, we noticed this problem, we are working on it and here is the ETA”?

update: new errors
The pull request now gets up to about 2% then fails. it even says downloading shows but then fails with a 404 as well as other.
