I have a fresh install of windows 10, Fully updated, And a fresh install of Plex Media Server, The HDHomeRun Prime 3 has been tested working properly. according to the logs It seems to be an issue either parsing the downloaded EPG or downloading the EPG from your system.

Has this issue resolved itself ?

There were error 500s returned on some of the requests to fetch EPG data

e.g.
