Sorry need to catch up
guys, just delete this folder : C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server\Cache\Http v.plex.providers.epg.onconnect. then shut down your plex server and this time run as admin plex server, you will see your epg will go up to 100% successfully
Thanks ghoude, but no change for me.

First I tried 90210 and the epg refreshed instantly but the data was obviously wrong and wouldnāt even save. Then I tried buffalo and on the third try one in Rochester worked. That was last night. This morning Iām stuck at 3%. What part of plex log would be helpful to upload?
I have looked at the logs. Shows loads of timeouts on requests to fetch the EPG from tmsapi.plex.tv through CloudFlare
Could you get me the response you get for
nslookup tmsapi.plex.tv
could you also do a trace route
tracert tmsapi.plex.tv
I have referred the issue to our operations team.
All the logs I looked at with timeouts are from users in Canada

I have the same problem - only see lineup up to today. EPG refresh stops at a few percentage. 15 channels. Windows 10. Tried all of the workaround on this thread.Attached is my log file.
appears same issue as all the other users in Canada
timeouts. This has been raised with our operations team
@sa2000 how do I run those tests for you? BTW last night the epg refreshed but it was getting the info from shaw cable -not over the air -when I tried again it just hung againā¦

command line session
and type in the commands
copy the result to a text file or use >> outputfilename.txt to append to a file
lt looks like everyone with the timeouts is in canada
nslookup tmsapi.plex.tv
Server: 8.8.8.8
Address 1: 8.8.8.8 google-public-dns-a.google.com
Name: tmsapi.plex.tv
Address 1: 104.20.7.9
Address 2: 104.20.6.9
Address 3: 2400:cb00:2048:1::6814:609
Address 4: 2400:cb00:2048:1::6814:709
I get ācommand not foundā for your other requests. Iām running a Qnap TS677 and accessing it through terminal on my MAC
Thanks for looking into this. Iām in Canada with an OTA set-up. Iām getting timeouts as well. I deleted my DVR and tried reinstalling it. I get this error every time now: āUnable to fetch Program Guide settings.ā I get this after entering the postal code. If you need more logs for this issue, I can send mine. Let me know.

All the logs are similar - I am collating WAN IP addresses and region info to see if that helps with the investigation with cloudflare.
Most users getting the timeouts appear to be in Ontario
Me also in Ontario
I live in Ottawa, Ontario and having the same issues on two different Plex servers. If you require any info from me please let me know. From the thread it sounds like you have enough info. Cheers
Ottawa, Ontario with the same issue as well.

please send me your WAN IP by Private Message
Also having this issue.
Same problem also in Ontario (Mississauga ISP is Rogers).
Update:
āRefreshing EPG (11%) - Downloaded 1162 airingsā
Looks promising.
Update 2:
Nope crapped out.
Same isue here. Iām in MontrĆ©al, but my ISP (TekSavvy) is using IPs from Ontario.
So I have same EPG problem, iām in Ontario. Just connected my server to a VPN and epg updated perfectly. My isp is teksavvy. Its a workaround for me for now anyway. Used an American IP location

Can you expose your Plex server to external having VPN connected?
