EPG From Multiple Locations not working

Using XMLTV?: No

I live between two market areas with a pretty good antenna. I’m trying to have the EPG link to both markets. When configuring the DVR, I add two different ZIP codes that link to all of my channels. However once I click continue, it only chooses some of the channels and many remain unlinked.

The compromise is picking a ZIP code somewhere in the middle, however, it still doesn’t link all of the channels like I want it to. The biggest issue I have is that IT USED TO WORK before I reset my DVR. Has anyone experienced this issue and is there a fix? Thanks!

Come on Plex. Is there a way to put a ticket in or escalate this issue? The silence is really frustrating. At least an acknowledgement if the problem is on your end or ours?
