EPG Guide data missing channels

We got two new OTA channels broadcasted to our area and the EPG Guide data has not been updated to reflect the two new channels. So after doing a channel scan and seeing the new channels, I can not map them to a guide channel.

The two new channels are 10.4 StartTV and 10.5 Movies

I am in area code 24179 and using the OTA broadcast guide data.

Just found a post about filling out a grace note issue and submitting it for EPG data. I submitted the request.
