Reporting Gracenote EPG data issues - lost sticky from old forum?

I’m looking for the old sticky that provides instructions for submitting EPG data issues. None of my searches are finding it.

Does anyone have the instructions on how to report the EPG data issues?

Also trying to find it. There are 2 local channels i can’t even add because they dont exist in the channel selection. My tuner has them but the channels dont exist for gracenote.
