recent release of plex has caused guide data to stop refreshing after 1 percent. see attached logs for issues. had over 400 channels available before upgrade and now half cause 1% to failure and not update so far anything past 700 is hit or miss whether it works or not mainly hd channels.
DOWN TO 196 CHANNELS OUT OF 600+ DUE TO GUIDE DATA NOT REFRESHING AND HAVING ISSUES.

Thanks for the logs - they show a couple of issues
In the last set of logs, there appears to have been a crash of Plex Media Server at 21:30 on Feb 13. I have referred this to the development team
With regards to the EPG and the logs that followed that crash - I can see an EPG JSON Parsing error - this has been seen in logs from 2 other users and will need some extra diagnostics.

The devs are making a special build with some extra diagnostics to save the bad JSON being received for the lineup to a file . I will be making that available to you
Please could you send me by Private Message, the zip code used for the DVR setup and region / country and list of channels (if you have it)
There were two issues affecting EPG updates
- Gracenote data issue for users with 300+ channels
- Cloudflare Rate Limiting errors
Both issues can be identified from logs captured after the refresh is instigated and result in JSON Parse Errors logged

The Gracenote EPG update issue has now been resolved by Gracenote.
This now leaves only the CloudFlare issue, which is being worked on.
The changes of the problem arising would be reduced by ensuring DVR Setting Enable more frequent program guide refreshes
is unticked
so i can turn this off for the refreshing more often. should i start renabling the extra channels or wait till you guys fix the other issue? also what can i do to get the other recent posted issues looked at and addressed? who do i have to contact?
