Thanks for confirmation - I have passed this on.
What do you mean ? Every time you do an EPG Refresh through DVR Settings, it fetches an entirely new set of EPG data.

I wondered if the epg fetches were incremental or used a local cache, but if not, then each fetch is a full fetch and the question is moot.
we used to do incremental updates every 4 hours - but it is now a full refresh each time and the system default is every 24 hours and of course users can do a manual refresh at any time
Any update on this? Those 2 channels (VTM and Q2) are still 1 hour early in its entirety.
Last update was on the 28th and it was that they are looking into it still
Have got a response to say they are confirming the latest schedule. They have asked for current examples of schedule discrepancies for 5 - Q2 channel to see how often they arise
@sa2000, I know it’s not in your control, but both channels mentioned before are still scheduled wrong for whole days and I don’t want to spend more time on this anymore.
I’ve cancelled my PlexPass subscription because of this a while ago and am solely using a tvheadend server on my NAS instead with a scripted scrubber that fetches epg data from various online sources.
I still would have preferred to use Plex due to better UX of the application as a whole, but Kodi gets the job done as well with a tvheadend plugin.
Maybe I’ll come back in a a few months to see if things improved.
