For approx the past 72 hours, the EPG on my PMS Version 1.11.0.4666 - Win10 installation has been failing to update. I can see “thousands” of airings being downloaded, but once complete - the EPG is not updated and is now empty… I read on some threads last fall where many people experienced this. Someone mentioned that a single channel was corrupting the entire update. I have made no changes. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? How to notify PLEX?
Click on the link below, Select you OS and make sure “Plex Pass Downloads” is OFF, Also after you downgrade go into your PMS settings and under the general tab scroll to the bottom and make sure the update channel is “Public” and NOT Beta plex.tv/downloads/
