I just updated to Version 1.12.1.4885 and my program guide is empty. The EPG will not refresh past 3%.
It stopped working for me too. I applied the solution in the following post to get it to work again:

Same here. No EPG past this evening and won’t refresh. Several server restarts have not fixed the issues. This seems to happen every few weeks now.
Plex EPG download for me is taking a very long time – greater than a couple of hours – which itself is very inefficient. My broadband bandwidth is > 50Gbs (fast). Plex EPG download is so slow the computer will go to sleep and then the EPG download has to restart – from the beginning – so it never completes unless there is a baby sitter keeping it alive. For comparison, the EPG download with Windows Media Center for the same set of channels completed in less than 1 minute on a regular basis.
There have been a number of updates to Plex Media Server to Improve how the EPG refresh is done - please make sure you are on the latest beta which is 1.12.3.4973

A hotfix release for a bug that gave rise to lost airings and recordings between 00:00 and 01:00 GMT on the day the EPG is refreshed is now available as beta release 1.12.3.4973-215c28d86
