EPG not showing correct shows in CST with HDHomerun Premium Channels and OTA

I have attempted to get the EPG working and have looked through the forums and other ones and cannot get this figured out.
I have a FreeNAS based plex server that I am running two HDHomeRun devices for my OTA and I also subscribed to Premium channels through HDHomeRun. I cannot get the EPG to show the proper shows so it will not properly record channels for me. I am located in the central portion of the USA (TEXAS) and would like to have my EPG record the correct shows. I attempted to mess with the EPG123, but cannot figure out the system and no idea where the XMLTV file is being saved if it is. My fiance just moved in and coming from satellite the expectations of this system need to be met. Please help with this so I can get things running correctly.

Correct. Plex does not support this configuration.

SiliconDust released a new firmware for their hardware that allowed their soon to be release feature Premium TV. Its a $35 a month subscriptions that allows you to stream certain cable channels. Like Directv now but cheaper. Right now they have those shows as demos. They show up as AVC HD which I read in other places that plex doesn’t play. I just know that plex wont show those stations. Even though plex can see my 92 stations it only shows the OTA ones.

I request, that we be able to set epg by box, and hopefully, a sub option to set epg by tuner. That way, I can have the 3 prime tuners, going to cable, a dual tuner going to the antenna for ota, and the second tuner of the dual tuner, could be set to cable or a second antenna for ota from a different city, should I choose to… I have 2 hdhomerun boxes, a prime, and a early dual tuner (and my Thanks for adding the older hdhomerun boxes to the dvr tuner capability list). Another route is to set up a process that creates the guide data for you (XMLTV). Here are the posts that might cover that (found via search):

WHY can’t PLEX use the EPG from HDHOMERUN since it has the correct guide.
This is very frustrating. I’m glad Plex added the EPG for HDHOMERUN-east, For now I have to record OTA thru HR and Premiun thru Plex.
Hopefully Plex will ether let you select TWO EPG or get the guide from HR.

If you want to get epg123 up in order to have both OTA and premium, msg me and I’ll help you out. The XMLTV file is saved in C:\ProgramData\GaRyan2\epg123\output\epg123.xmltv if you installed in the default location.
