The “Episode ordering” drop down under
“Advance” when editing a TV Series does not seem to work correctly.
I have found that not all the available ordering are listed and even
when you do switch the ordering - it doesn’t seem to take effect.
The example I have is with Star Ware Rebels. There are 4 ordering’s
listed on the TVDB web site:
- Aired Order https://thetvdb.com/series/.tab-official
- DVD Order https://thetvdb.com/series/.tab-dvd
- Absolute Order https://thetvdb.com/series/.tab-absolute
- Alternate Order https://thetvdb.com/series/.tab-alternate
The DVD set I have is actually the “Alternate Order” But this order
does not appear in the list of available orderings on the Episode
ordering drop down. Only the first 3 are listed.
Second is - I tried to switch to the DVD Order, which is close, but
the system still appears to use the Aired Order list. I tried to refresh
the metadata - removed and re-add the files to try a fresh load but to
no avail.
Any ideas would be helpful.
