I’m running Plex Server on a Mac Mini. I recorded several seasons of a show and have used the standard formatting for labeling the files (ShowName - SxxExx.mkv). Several seasons have 20+ episodes. For one of the seasons, Plex has correctly identified the episodes until about half-way through the season. The rest of the season has been identified as specials. I’ve tried moving the folder with that season and then moving it back. At first the seasons were correctly identified, but with the next refresh, things went back to the way they were. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem.
look up the show at TheTVDB.
Maybe what you think are normal episodes, don’t belong into this season anymore but into the next.
It happens sometimes that seasons and episodes get reshuffled when the show is re-aired somewhere else.
TheTVDB usually expects the organisation of seasons and episodes when the show was aired the first time.
