ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED error when trying to reach media server

Tried getting into plex for my son tonight and had issues, so I reset the password. Now, Plex starts up fine but hitting the :32400/web endpoint shows an ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED message.

Looking at the Plex Media Server.log file I see the following:

Oct 25, 2024 22:11:08.763 [140651523529528] ERROR - MyPlex: Error 401 requesting JSON from: https://plex.tv/api/v2/server/users/features
Oct 25, 2024 22:11:08.763 [140651580615312] WARN - FeatureManager: Couldn't get features. Trying again soon.

This happens immediately after the startup messages and nothing further appears.

I’ve updated the server version from 1.40.? to 1.41.1 but that did not fix. I’ve started/stopped the server and verified there is only one instance running.
