I have uninstalled plex from xbox one and reinstalled it. it work on my smart tv, but not on my xbox. it will load up all my movie and pics but for some unknown reason it wont play movie. error msg “there was an unexpected error” and to vist our forum if in continue to be a problem. not sure what to do. pls help
