Error cleaning the waste bin of a big audio library manually

Server Version#: 1.25.4.5426 (same problem in previous versions)

if i want to clean the trash for my library this message pops up
Unbenannt

normally it should looks like this

dfgdfg

its a pretty big library with 670k tracks

That’s a HUGE amount of tracks.

My guess is that it’s simply a database or a WebClient timeout.

Try and optimize the database for a start, and might have to run it several times

it takes only 1 second after i hit that button and the message comes…

i also have another problem , see here

bad is that i already set up a new plex server because i had a corrupt database before.
normaly i would delete that library and set it up new. (not tryed yet, but last time, a year ago, i couldnt delete it and started a new server)
but this is audiobooks. it needs 100 hours to edit and still not everything is right.
the biggest nightmare is that it trys to match the artists/authors and dont respect my tags.
for example in the mp3 tag there is the name of the author which is Christoph Keese, Plex matches this to Christoph Busse the drummer. i have 2700 authors. i cant do this again and again

this is horrible

I suspect you might have a broken database

Could you zip it, upload somewhere, and then DM me the link, so I could check?

now i also tried to delete this library but it didnt work. i send you password per dm
thank you

Logs.zip (1.8 MB)

Database sadly broken :frowning:

I suggest you try a repair
Ref: Repair a Corrupted Database | Plex Support

it did not work to repair it.
i found a db backup from october. with it restored i was able to delete the audiobook library.
thank you for your quick help
