Error code: s1001 (Network) on a mac

I keep getting the Error Code: s1001 whenever I try to play media. I have also been unable to add any TV show or Other Video content.

I had Plex Server working great on my iMac but I needed to move to a new profile on the computer. I fully removed Plex Server and started with a clean install on the new profile. To troubleshoot, I have done everything I could find in the forums including completely uninstalling and reinstalling Plex Server. Also, every time I restart Plex server, It starts as if I’m creating the server for the first time.

I’m running this on MacOS Catalina 10.15.7
