Error code: s1001 (Network)

Some feedback in case it helps, I updated to 1.16.4.1469 and the first film I played showed the Error s1001, I rebooted Plex and reinstalled it but kept getting the same error, I installed the previous version but got the same error, then I found some info in the forums about turning off cinematic trailers, once I did this it played fine.
Not sure if it was the update but I’ve always had trailers on and never had a problem before.
I hardly use them so think I’ll leave it off for now.

Using Plex player app on my new LG TV and have to say it’s a bit clunky, but still great to see Plex on there, thanks to the Plex team for the best media server ever and your continued efforts to improve it.
