I am getting the s1001 network error. it is on every platform (samsung TV, xbox, plex web player, etc). I have ran through all steps listed here

To clarify, I have uninstalled and reinstalled, ran “repair” on it. I cannot get this issue to stop and it is ruining my experience
Unless asked for you only need to provide Debug logs, uncheck the Verbose.
S1001 is usually the fixed by clearing the pre-roll field under settings-> extra
