Error code s1003 in Web Browser but not Apps

Server Version#: v1.30.0.6486
Player Version#: v4.99.2

When I try to play a movie or tv show through a web browser I get an “Error code s1003” every time. When I use the Plex app on my Roku or a Windows machine, however, everything works as-expected.

What accounts for this and how do I fix web browser playback?

I’ve seen a few posts re: s1003 that suggest unchecking “Use hardware acceleration” - I have it unchecked.

I see the problem on Plex Web v4.99.2 with Plex Server v1.30.0.6486 running on a Win 10 machine.

App Version 1.30.2.6563
Web Version 4.87.2

Getting the same error and the web ui does not work beyond the home page loading. Any video you try to play throws a ‘s1003 network error’ and trying to click into a show or movie details results in “something went wrong”

All dedicated Plex apps work fine.
