Error code: s1003 (Network)

Hey!
I’ve installed Plex Media Server on my Ubuntu 20.04 VPS. My media is running off a Hetzner storage box and is linked to my VPS over a CIFS share. When attempting to run any media on Plex I get the following error Error code: s1003 (Network). I am able to successfully run the media on Windows directly on the Storage Box without any issues, so am thinking it’s a Plex issue. Everything is up to date & I’m unsure how to resolve this. Furthermore, if you require any logs to help me let me know & I’ll get these sent over.

A generic “S1003” network is just that “generic”.

Your DEBUG Log files ZIP which captures that happening are what’s needed to see what it didn’t like.
