Im having trouble using plex on my Samsung tv. I can get into the app no problem, but then it will start to freeze and i cant do anything. I can’t a server error.
It isn’t my internet connection as I can get into prime video and nexltflix no problem. I can also access plex on my PC without out any issues at all.
I’ve been considering upgrading but am reluctant if it isn’t going to work
I get the comment plex unable t0 c0nnect to server or something similar. I get out and then I can get a little further and then again. It’s frustrating.
Not sure if this is the correct spot, but it seems like a similar problem that I’m having. Or actually a friend is having trying to access my server. It has worked for months, but suddenly stopped working on their Samsung smart TV, (still able to access it through their iPhone). I even used my log in information and couldn’t access my own server through their tv. The message says “Server Unavailable”.
Any suggestions would be great and sorry to hijack this thread. If it would be best for me to start a new one please let me know and I will. Fairly new to this and not very computer savvy.

Wired network and nothing changed.
I have a F serie tv which is affected by this problem almost always (sometimes it is working) and a H serie, which is always working.
Tryed everything on the tv, every possible reset, including going back to old tv firmware, and then back to latest one. tryed every server setting regardin lan access, with no luck.
It is really frustrating, because nothing changed, the app version is always the same and it is tha same than on H tv wich is always working, same firmware, tryed to reinstall plex server and put a very old release…nothing at all
unfortunately orka app is really wonderful and stop of supporting it is a really big miss for us…but agai, I can’t explain how it is possible that it stops working without changung anything in house set up
Please spicify tv model because I don’t have the problem on the second H tv in the same lan…
