Server is unavailable

Server Version#: Version 1.19.1.2645
Player Version#: 4.25.2; Tizen 2.40

When I launch my plex app on my samsung tv, I get an error that my server is unavailable. The server and the TV are on the same network. I have changed the settings in the Samsung app to Always allow insecure connections. I have changed the server settings in network to the same. Any suggestions?

I need a new server how do i do it, Can someone help me send me a new server please…

More information- I am using Plex on a WIndows 10 machine. I am having the exact same problem with a Samsung TV as well. Plex works just fine on my android phone. I am wondering if the problem has something to do with my Asus wireless router and a setting (or settings) in there. Any suggestions?
