Error - Conversion failed. The transconder exited due to an error

Hello, since this morning I keep getting the error “Conversion failed. The transconder exited due to an error.”

This is pretty frustrating. I’ve run media from multiple disks on my computer, to exclude an hardware failure, but with the same result.

I’m running PMS Version 1.13.5.5291 on Win10 Pro updated to the latest patches.

I’m attaching my logs.

I had the same issue on my Windows 10 pc, it was related to a recent Windows Update and was resolved with another Windows Update.

So…

Run Windows Update manually and reboot, it should resolve itself.

If you want to know the KB numbers a search should reveal all.

Windows is up to date, so that doesn’t apply here…
