Error "couldn't retrieve the play queue for this item. Please try again"

Hi again,

I was able to get my photos and home videos added in Plex, and I can now see the thumbnails for all of the files. However, when I try to click on anything either in the web browser or on the iOS app, I eventually get a timeout and on the iOS a message “couldn’t retrieve the play queue for this item. Please try again.” This has been happening for about 12 hours now, and looking at the Synology ds918+ box, the Plex Media Server service under Plex media server is hovering around 25% even when I’m not trying to access the server.

How can I fix this issue? I’ve tried optimizing the database once and that has resulted in no improvements.

Looks like it’s working now. CPU usage is back down and Plex is now presenting both photos and movies. I would suggest Plex add a “processing please don’t bug me” warning when it’s processing large sets of data. Without that it looks like it crashed or isn’t working.
