I was using my Smart TV Hisense ans it was working fine but since yesterday I got the error “Diagnostic - Madrid” when I try to link my account. I did EVERYTHING. Factory Reset. Uninstall the app. Restarted the internet. Delete the device history. Everything that you can imagine. HELP!!! [image]

Whats “older” ?

Our Hisense is like 6 months old and the “whats supported” article doesn’t give any details or even mention Hisense. Are Hisense supported at all now?
