Hi my plex won’t log onto my hisense tv it says my pc unreachable

Is this an older model of Hisense?
There’s recently been an issue with newer models.
Older models are no longer able to connect to the Plex Media Server due to lack of modern TLS protocols.

I have a 2019 and 2020 models I rang hisense they said it should still work on those models

There’s a parallel discussion… according to Plex the hiccups on the newer models should have been fixed

Can you reboot your tv (not just putting it in standby) or force-quit the Plex app to see if it might be stuck on some old settings?

Tried that still not working any more ideas
