Error loading external Media item

My (working) setup was as follows:

iMac Retina running 11.3

External APFS drive containing media files

Plex details (available in the enclosed Plex Log).

Video media played without any problems.

My (updated) setup is as follows:

iMac Retina running 13.0.1

Plex Web - General : version 4.87.2
PMS: 1.30.0.6486-629d58034

Plex details as per the working setup above (available in the enclosed Plex Log).

Problem:

I access Plex from the top menu icon and select “Open Plex” which opens Plex in the Safari browser. When I attempt to play any media, the enclosed error image appears. There is some more information that I can supply if the enclosed logs do not indicate what is occurring.

I have checked that my meta data is intact and correctly pointing to the valid pathname (I have checked the XML).

Note: the log above is the log retrieved from “Settings/Plex Web/Debug”.

Further testing:
Setting up a new “Film” Library in my home folder. The same error occurs. Plex is set under “Settings aka System Preferences/Privacy & Security/Plex”.

More logs from ~/Library/Logs/Plex uploaded.

Can anyone just please interpret these logs in the context of the error. The playback queue error is so vague that I do not know where to start to find the problem. Thanks.
