Error! Message at launch

When launching Plex Media Server, the only thing I’m getting is Error! Just one little popup window and then I click ok, and nothing ever happens.

I recently changed my Microsoft password, that is when this issue started happening. I’ve changed permissions on my Program Files to include read, write, and execute to be Everyone, as well as changed the owner to be my user account.

I still get this Error! message whenever I try to launch Plex Media Server. I’ve repaired, reinstalled, uninstalled and reinstalled, and still get the same message.

When trying to find my log files, I don’t see any recent ones from this week. Only from a few weeks ago / a year ago. I was using Plex earlier this week so it doesn’t make any sense.

Anyone have any suggestions?

What happens when you try to download your server logs

So I couldn’t launch the app so I couldn’t get the logs. And the logs I had in %appdata% were over a year old.

But when I opened them, I noticed it was referencing an E:\ drive. I then noticed my E:\ drive was missing. Found out it had crashed. So I got a new hard drive earlier today, created a new E:\ drive, restored my cloud backup, and it was up and running (I ran into a lot more issues than that because of my own stupidity but this is the simple explanation)
