Error Message The Application "Plex Media Server App" can't be opened."

I just got a new iMac with OS Mojave installed. Plex worked fine for two days and then just stopped working today. When I hit the Plex button on Firefox ( Version69.0.1) I get this message: Unable to connect Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at 127.0.0.1:32400.
When I tried to open the Plex app I got this Message: he Application “Plex Media Server App” can’t be opened."
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Plex three times with the same results. Also Cleaned out all the plex files in the Library and deleted through Terminal and reinstalled. Same result.
Have no clue what to do next. Any suggestions anyone?
