Plex Pass user. When I try to view any of my live OTA channels on my Galaxy S24 Ultra from my Plex server I get this error. On the other hand, I can watch prerecorded shows on my Plex DVR OK. I’ve tried adjusting/down-grading various Plex streaming “quality” settings in the app but nothing seems to help. I get this error whether I am locally connected on my WiFi, or remotely connected using Tailscale. I have 2gbps fiber internet service at home. I am behind CGNAT so standard remote access is not possible and remote access and Relay are disabled in Plex.
This is very unfortunate because I was traveling recently and wanted to see the weather coverage on one of my home channels as I had heard reports of tornadoes in the area where I live. But I could not tune any OTA channels.
Please advise if there is a way to fix this, or is this a bug.
