Using the WinTV Dual HD reveiver, some channels give decoder errors on the Android app when loading some OTA TV stations. Other apps work fine (Windows Store and Roku), and not all stations fail. There are multiple errors in the log generated by the app during one of the failures. Some examples below, complete logs attached.
