Error playing h.264 .mkv eac3 files

I have been having this issue for a couple months. On all devices I get a transcoder error when trying to play these files. I have searched and found tons of topics on the issue but no answers. I have seen that deleting the Codecs folder has helped some but this has not helped me.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. I have attached my log files.Plex Media Server Logs_2019-02-07_20-44-20.zip (3.5 MB)

Can anyone shed some light or at least let me know where to start looking?

So if anyone could shed ANY light on this audio issue it would be greatlg appreciated. I did find that if i disable Direct Play it will play the file but with no audio.
