Help please! I have a few issues going on with plex and I can’t seem to resolve them with any of the suggested fixes online.

The transcoder exited due to an error - I will get this on various different songs and at various times. Sometimes I will listen to 2 songs, then it errors out. Sometimes I can listen for an hour before it does this. A song will play fine one time, and the next time I hear the same song, it will crash. I have cleared the cache on my phone and tried again, but it still happens. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled, same thing. I have updated my server, rolled back my server, doesn’t matter. Can someone please look at the logs to see if they see a fix? This happened last night.

Sometimes a song will load, play for 3 seconds and then jump back to the beginning of the song. It gets stuck in this loop and will not play the song. I have to skip forward to the next song. This also happens on random songs and at random times. The song will play just fine the next time it loads. This happened 2 or 3 days ago, if the logs show it.

Sometimes my app will work fine when I am out of the house and not connected to the Wifi. Other times it will start playing with no problem, but then it will “lose” the library and be unable to find a file. It will tell me that I have no libraries available to me though they were there a min ago. When this happens, I lose connection to any music I was playing at the time. I have remote access enabled and my phone is an approved device in the list. This happened on 11/6 or 11/7. I can’t remember exactly which date, but hopefully it is in the logs.
I’m running the server on a WD NAS. It has 2.4 TB free, so it isn’t a space issue. I currently have Plex server version 1.20.3.3437 installed and am hesitant to move to the next release without these issues being fixed. I am sure it is a setting somewhere that I haven’t been able to figure out.
