Hi, I am new to the forum, and want to offer a playing solution that may or may not work for everyone, I added some 4k uhd videos to my plex server, they wouldn’t play at all or said error, on each individual movie especially 4k ultra hd, go to the movie page where it has play, watch trailer etc and go to the 3 dots more playback settings subtitles and set subtitles to none.. worked like a charm.
