Cant play 4k files using Samsung TV Plex - An error has occurred

Hi

I have a Samsung UA65KS8000W SUHD TV. Plex Server is latest version running on my Windows 10 PC. I can play all media files using Plex except 4k UHD files. I get error “An error has occurred” as soon as I try to play file then it closes. I have tried to play 5 different UHD files with same issue. I can play 1080P files without any issue.

Has anyone seen this before? I tried to enable debugging but I cannot decipher whats in the log. Nothing obvious is visible.

Try it again. When it fails (not the time) go to your computer and login to your plex server.
Then go to settings/server/help and click the download for the zip file.

Upload the zip file here along with the time you tried to play the file that failed.
