Error s1001

Player Version#:4.44.1

I’m getting an error s1001 when attempting to watch newly added movies. I get the same error when running the player from the server. The files play fine in VLC media player. The rest of my library plays fine from the Plex server.

I checked the file path and it is correct. I also checked the ‘Movie pre-roll video’ field and it’s empty.
Suggestions?

It is quite a simple matter to search for errors of this sort.

Thanks for the link. The xml file associated with the videos has the correct codec value. I’ll continue to research the issue. Thanks for the response, albeit snarky.
