Error s1001

Hi, two days ago I reinstalled TOS 5 on my Terramaster NAS, and I tried to resume PMS following these steps:

  1. copied the entire library from a backup;
  2. let PMS create its own folder by starting the server;
  3. copied the whole /Plex/Library/Application support/Plex Media Server folder from 1-day-old backup;
  4. started PMS and chose the media folders: PMS has built up the library, recognizing seen/unseen items.
  5. deleted old server (I didn’t think it would create a new one).

The problem is that I cannot play any media: I always get error s1001 (network) from any player, remotely or on the same network.

Please help me, I don’t understand what happened.

Problem solved, installing again PMS and analyzing the whole library.
