Getting error code s1001 when trying to play media

I recently moved the drive that contained all the files to another windows 11 computer that was newly imaged. I installed the latest Plex media server and had it scan library files and it detects all, but when I try to play any of them I get the s 1001 (network) error. Can anyone help me out? I have already uninstalled and deleted the registry keys and then re-installed it and redid the whole configuration, but keep getting the same message.

NVM all, had to run these commands below.

takeown /F X:*FULL_PATH_TO_FOLDER*
takeown /F X:*FULL_PATH_TO_FOLDER* /r /d y
icacls X:*FULL_PATH_TO_FOLDER* /grant Administrators:F icacls X:*FULL_PATH_TO_FOLDER* /grant Administrators:F /t
