Error saying, "api-ms-win-crt-convert-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer"

I got this error while installing the plex server. How to fix the above error?

@trumpy81, Thanks for your kind suggestion. But I solved it another way which is quite similar to your provided Youtube tutorial. I actually searched online and got the missing DLL file from this link: https://dlldownloads.com/api-ms-win-crt-heap-l1-1-0-dll/ and replaced the older file with this new file and installed in the right directory. After rebooting, my issue was gone.
