New episode was downloaded and then all of a sudden the whole show disappeared from Plex. Checked the logs and this is what I see. The file plays back fine if I play it directly over the network (i.e. directly in Windows), but for whatever reason Plex is unable to scan it. Server Version#: 1.32.0.6…
