[ERROR] Sync to windows 10 not working

I am using mobile sync for my holidays, and on Android, it works great.

But now I am trying to sync to my win10 client (got the app from the windows store, as the client which can be downloaded from the Plex website doesn´t support sync) and I get a bunch of errors.

  • A server error occurred during sync
  • Sync error during transfer
  • Sometimes everything (server and client stay just idle)
  • and more which I don´t remember

Pls help me fix this :frowning: I attached my logs

I got plex pass and the newest stable release

while wasting another few hours figuring this out without support from plex ( … yay, that’s what I paid for, but NP I am totally hyped for f*** VR), I figured out that this issue arises when using a managed user.
