Server Version#: 4.45.0
Player Version#: Plex.tv on Chrome, Plex app on LG TV
I’m running Plex on Windows 10. Everything worked fine for years. Suddenly (no known config changes), when browsing for movies, for each folder, I receive this error: “There are no items in this folder”.
If I re-run the library scan, then browse to a folder, I can briefly see the media file. However, after just a few minutes, the error (“There are no items in this folder”) returns.
Not sure if issue with permissions? Or?
PS: my other media players (for example, LG TV video app) on the local network can see / play the movies files from my Universal Media Server (which is the points to the same directory as Plex). The error occurs only within Plex.
I’d be grateful for any help.
